United States Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2023

The Humphrey Program brings youthful andmid-career professionals from designated countries to the United States for a time ofnon-degree graduate- position study, leadership development, and professional collaboration withU.S. counterparts. Operations are presently invited from eligible campaigners worldwide for the2022/2023 edition of the program.

As anon-degree program, the Fellowship offers precious openings for professional development through named university courses, attending conferences, networking, and practical work gests.

In 26 countries, the Humphrey Fellowship Program is administered by a Binational Fulbright Commission. In all other sharing countries, the Public Affairs Section of theU.S. Embassy is charged with the operation of the Program.

Introductory Eligibility Criteria
An undergraduate ( first university or Bachelor’s) degree
A minimum of five times of full- time, professional experience
Limited or no previous experience in the United States
Demonstrated leadership rates
A record of public service in the community
English language capability

Program Benefits
The Fellowship provides for

Payment of education and freights at the assigned host university;
Pre-academic English language training, if needed;
A conservation (living) allowance, including a one- time settling-in allowance;
Accident and sickness content;
A book allowance;
A one- time computer subvention;
Air trip ( transnational trip to and from theU.S. for the Program and domestic trip to needed program events);
A Professional Development allowance for professional conditioning, similar as field passages, professional visits and conferences.
